Mr Fletcher

I took drafting class with Mr Fletcher and I am so glad I did. I thought I might like to be an architect because I enjoyed both art and science. Mr Fletcher helped me understand that architecture not just about building sculpture that people live and work in. Architects listen to clients and then build a reflection of their dreams, first on paper, then in 3D. That was an inspiration! I am not an architect today, not in the traditional sense. But as an operations research analyst, I build computer models for senior Army leaders. My models are reflections of strategy and policy. It's gratifying work--without all the graphite dust. Thanks, Mr Fletcher!
